We have been managing apartment buildings across Chicago for over a decade. We believe strong business systems and processes are what make property management successful for property owners. Our use of technology helps us to track and share information with our property owners, tenants, and management team. Our established systems allow us to quickly and cost-effectively manage your property’s maintenance issues, tenant issues, and leasing needs. Our History: We started in property management in 2004 with properties that we owned directly. In 2005 we decided to experiment with bringing on property management companies to manage parts our portfolio. After hiring and firing four different property management companies it became clear that competent, effective, and efficient property management was hard to come by. Throughout that time we had built a property management team and continued to implement systems and processes to better manage our own properties. After building our management infrastructure it made sense for us to offer these same services to other property owners and so we established Paragon Property Management. Our perspective as a direct owner and investor in real estate allows us to better understand your concerns as a fellow property owner. Now we serve many property owners that vary from local, out-of-state, or international. Key Team Members:
