While our thorough screening process typically yields excellent results, we acknowledge that unforeseen challenges may arise with tenants. Despite our best efforts, some tenants may encounter financial or personal difficulties during their tenancy.

We conduct our leasing practices in full compliance with applicable laws, including the Chicago Fair Housing Ordinance (CFHO) and the Just Housing Amendment to the Human Right Ordinance. KNOW YOUR PROPERTY IS PROTECTED

Eviction Guarantee

We will reimburse you up to $1,000 in the event of eviction is required on a tenant we placed.

Pet Damage Guarantee

We will reimburse you up to $1,000 if pet damage should occur on a pet that we placed, should the tenant not cover it.

Leasing Guarantee

If we place a tenant and they break their lease during the first 9 months, we will re-lease the property with no leasing fee charge.

Rent Collection Guarantee

Our management fee is charged on collected income only, so we don't get paid unless you get paid.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident in the level of service that we provide, so we allow our clients the flexibility to cancel service with no long-term commitments or termination fees. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel easily for any reason with just 60 day's notice.
